As a leading service provider of business & personal services and digital products, Wealth Dynamics relies on this Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every engagement or purchase. When a customer contacts us by phone or email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service for the customer from the service team of the product that the customer purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a refund or a cancellation may be processed.
WEALTH DYNAMICS REFUND POLICY Our refund policy for all Wealth Dynamics services & products is as follows:
Wealth Dynamics will, in its sole and absolute discretion, allow for the refund of any service fee or product purchased using our services within 60 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing services & products, refunds for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day refund period.
Customers requesting a refund after 60 days will be required to work directly with the service team for technical support or customer service to explore options (including partial refunds, service expansion, full refund, etc.). The Service teams may request a refund, on behalf of a customer, of any purchase up to 90 days after the date of the Wealth Dynamics customer's purchase.
If a customer requests a refund and the refund is approved by Wealth Dynamics , the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer, in part or whole. If the refund is for a recurring billing product, then the refund policy allows for the most recent payment to be refunded. Multiple payment refunds can be provided as long as they are within Wealth Dynamics' Refund Policy. A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in cancellation. Refunds will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase may not be eligible for refund.
When a service or product refund is requested, the customer generally receives a full refund. Payouts from that sale are debited back out of the corresponding vendor and affiliate accounts. Due to the service format of Wealth Dynamics products, when a product is refunded the customer retains the product and, in many cases, the customer has received a benefit from the product prior to the refund. In such cases, Wealth Dynamics reserves the right to issue a refund for less than the full purchase price.
Our vendors are not permitted to make any guarantee that conflicts with our refund policy. If you find a product sold through Wealth Dynamics with any warranty that conflicts with our refund policy, please bring it to our attention so that we may take corrective action.
REASONS WHY A PURCHASE MAY BE REFUNDED Wealth Dynamics has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and services. To promote customer satisfaction, Wealth Dynamics reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:
If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a refund within 60 days of purchase;
If the vendor of the product requests a refund on the customer's behalf within 90 days of purchase if our customer service team confirms there is a valid reason for the refund;
If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;
In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, PayPal terms of service, U.S. law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents; or
For any other reason Wealth Dynamics deems appropriate.
WEALTH DYNAMICS' CANCELLATION POLICY A customer may cancel a product or service with a recurring billing subscription at any time. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer's account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund - it will only stop any future payments.
CANCELLING Wealth Dynamics POWERED SUBSCRIPTIONS If you are a Wealth Dynamics client that subscribes to any Wealth Dynamics Powered services, you may cancel your Wealth Dynamics Powered subscription at any time by by contacting Wealth Dynamics. Cancelling your subscription means that no future subscription fees for Wealth Dynamics Powered will be charged to your account. Wealth Dynamics does not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods. After cancellation, your access to Wealth Dynamics Powered will terminate on the next monthly anniversary of your subscription date. Please refer to the Wealth Dynamics Powered Subscription Agreement for more information.
NOTE TO WEALTH DYNAMICS CLIENTS This Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of, and incorporated within, the Wealth Dynamics Client Contract. As a condition of registering with Wealth Dynamics and using the Wealth Dynamics Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understand this Refund and Cancellation Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Refund and Cancellation Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease all use of the Wealth Dynamics Services and terminate your account. Please note, however, that any transactions which occurred prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
